The questions we actually get.
Can I see the COA before I buy?
Yes. Every published lot is on the COAs page and you can download the PDF without an account. When your order arrives, the lot printed on the vial label will correspond to one of those reports.
Do I need bacteriostatic water?
Yes, for every compound in the catalog except the bacteriostatic water itself. Vials ship as a lyophilized powder and have to be reconstituted before they can be used, and bacteriostatic water is what you reconstitute them with. If you don't already have some on hand, add a 3 mL or 10 mL vial to the same order so it arrives together.
Who runs the testing?
Freedom Diagnostics and Horizon Analytical, both independent of us. The panels cover identity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, purity, appearance, solubility, water content and bacterial endotoxin testing.
Where is it made, and how fast does it ship?
Vialed, finished, tested and shipped in the USA through our cGMP lab network. Processing time is within 1 business day, tracking goes out with the label, and shipping is free over $200.
